- - 1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Beer Crust (any variety)
- - 1/8 C Olive Oil
- - 3 Cloves Roasted Garlic
- - 16 oz. Cremini Mushrooms
- - 6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
- - 1 C Ricotta Cheese
- - 1 tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning
Instructions
- 1. Saute Chopped Roasted Garlic and Cremini Mushrooms.
- 2. Brush Crust with Olive Oil.
- 3. Top with Mozzarella Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Sauteed Mushrooms and Garlic.
- 4. Sprinkle with Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning.
- 5. Bake until done.
