- - 1 Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Dough Ball
- - 1/8 C Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Garlic Spread
- - 5 oz. Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza Sauce
- - 5 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
- - Toppings of your choice
- - 1 tsp Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning
Instructions
- 1. Thaw (covered) dough ball in the cooler for 24-48 hours.
- 2. Remove from cooler and let proof (covered) at room temp until dough ball has risen double in size.
- 3. Roll out or hand stretch the dough ball to the desired size and thickness and place it on a pan or screen.
- 4. Sauce the outside edge with Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crust® Garlic Spread and sauce the inside dough.
- 5. Add shredded mozzarella and your favorite toppings and cook until done.
- 6. The crust should be golden brown and the toppings cooked.
