Ingredients
- - 1-12″ Bakerʼs Quality Pizza Crusts® Herbed Flatbread
- - 1/8 C Olive Oil
- - 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
- - 2 oz. Brie Cheese – Sliced Thin
- - 1/2 Pear – Sliced Thin
- - 1/4 C Bacon Pieces
- - 3 oz. Arugula
- - 2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
- 1. Brush Crust with Olive Oil.
- 2. Top with Mozzarella Cheese, Brie Cheese, Pear Slices and Bacon.
- 3. Once the Flatbread is done baking, top with Arugula and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze.
